These are contracted services commonly known as Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Thru this offering, services are given to companies which have a large number of PCs installed at one location. AMCs cost a fixed amount towards services for the whole year. We provide AMCs with or without resident engineer depending upon PC. Provision for Facilities Management Services with built in Service Level Agreements adaptable to the needs of the clients is available.
This reduces dependencies on the external environment and facilitates a smooth and faster response to support services within the organization. This besides our regular site and telephonic support entails deployment of a full time residential engineer, who takes care of the day to day functioning. These services cover servers, operating systems, network equipment and infrastructure.we strive to become single point of contact for all IT related matters of our customers.
